iRaw is not responsible for inaccurate information provided through the Services and makes no representations as to the accuracy, reliability, timeliness or completeness of Content, including without limitation the description, availability or effectiveness of any product. Services include, but are not limited to phone, website, in person or via any media whatsoever. iRaw does not assume any liability for any loss that may result from the reliance by any person upon any Content provided on through the Services. Brands provided by iRaw include but are not limited to iRaw, KuuSh, Seaologie and may change from time to time without prior notice.
All content provided, including, but not limited to what you provide and what iRaw provides, phone conversations, photos, emails, websites and any type of transmissions are owned by iRaw. iRaw shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality. By providing information you hereby grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, copy, edit, license, sublicense, adapt, distribute, display, publicly perform, reproduce, transmit, modify, create derivative works from and edit any such Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise, on or in connection with or relating to any product, and/or products, the Services or the promotion thereof.
Furthermore, by using our Services, you agree to defend and hold harmless the Company, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, together with their respective employees, agents, officers, directors, shareholders and licensees, from and against any and all threats and claims of alleged or actual infringements of any intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, rights of privacy and publicity, moral rights, and rights of attribution raised by any third party against the iRaw Parties and you agree to reimburse the iRaw Parties for any loss, damage, defamation of character, or costs incurred as a result.
You agree that you will neither post nor submit any User Generated Content in any manner whatsoever, nor will speak anything about iRaw and its Parties which includes but is not limited to its staff, owners, founders and any Parties that is unlawful, rude, disrespectful, slanderous, defamatory, derogatory, nor encourage others to do so. Violating this will result in Legal Action and you shall incur all costs, including claims for any and all damages.
POSTAL ADDRESS AND DELIVERY
Make sure the address you have on checkout is CORRECT as we send our items to THAT ADDRESS and we are not liable or responsible if you made a mistake or do not inform us of any changes at the time of purchase.
iRaw products are made fresh to order, therefore, you can expect longer turnaround times than those of other skincare companies. We can take up to 42 BUSINESS days, not including public holidays and weekends. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS BECAUSE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE TURNAROUND TIMES, OR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Your order will be filled and any impatience your end will not change our Modus Operandi as we have always provided freshly made products, for which we make no apology. Demonstrating disrespect for any iRaw staff or parties may see a current order placed by you filled, however, iRaw may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to provide a service to you again.
Tracking numbers are now provided on all parcels (overseas may not be able to be tracked, depending on location). If you allege that you have not received a product or products, you are to inform us within 72 hours of receiving the parcel/s. If you allege that there is a problem with a product or damage has occurred whilst in transit, you are to inform us within 72 hours of receiving the product/s and you may be required to provide evidence, including sending the product/s back to us for a laboratory analysis. If a product is deemed faulty, it will be replaced. If it is not faulty, iRaw will not reimburse you for the postage or any other costs associated with the return of the product. You are solely responsible for making sure you send it back to us at your cost and with tracking. It is your responsibility to track your own items via www.auspost.com.au using the tracking number provided. Delivery of your items is between you and Australia Post. iRaw is not responsible for the delivery and shall not be held liable whatsoever. If you have provided the wrong address, it may show in the tracking that the item is being sent back to iRaw, however, this is not normally the case even when it gives this information, and usually items are sent to Australia Post’s lost property. It is up to you to communicate only with Australia Post to recover your items. Our responsibility extends no further than posting the items to you. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee a time of delivery, even if you are going overseas and need the product by a certain time. The best policy is to order within our guidelines of how long it may take for creating your order and allowing 7 – 10 days with Australia Post (you will need to confirm with Australia Post on how long they take). Where possible, we send in express packages. Depending on the dimensions of the parcel and how much it weighs, this may not always be possible and you may be given the option of paying more to have it delivered in this way. Postage is now calculated on what it is going to cost for Postage and Handling. Postage and Handling include Australia Posts fees and charges, a packing fee and a courier to take the parcels to Australia Post and process them, bringing back your tracking number and emailing you the number. It is important to consider all the time that it takes and the different components in getting your order to you. Each person needs to be paid for what they do. We do not make money from this.
Your order/s is/are subject to the acceptance by iRaw and at its sole and absolute discretion, iRaw retains the right to refuse an order or orders without giving a reason.
Products may not always be available and you may be sent another product in place of what you ordered. Containers, including bottles, sizes jars and closures may change from time to time without prior notice and may differ to what is depicted on any media including websites.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes pricing may be incorrect. If this occurs, we will advise you of the price at which time you will have the choice of continuing with the order or not. If a price shows zero dollars it means the product is out of stock, so DO NOT try and order it as it will not be provided. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Our Intellectual Property includes but is not limited to Logos, photos, drawings, names, labels, wording, tag lines, products, recipes, Modus Operandi, and creations and you are not to try and emulate what we do, or our formulas, nor put yourself in the same realm of promoting a brand or brands. You do not have permission to use our Logos or photos or any other IP without our written consent which will be subject to Terms and Conditions.

Any legal issues will be dealt with and governed by the Law in South Australia.
